Submitting a technolgy support request

Submitting a technolgy support request

To submit a technology work order request click here: https://seq.incidentiq.com

Click on Google SSO to log in with your Staff or Student SUHSD email address.
On your dashboard, select the device you would like support with.
Provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
Enter your Room number
Provide a time for the technician to come by that will reduce any interruptions.
If you have a screenshot of the issue you can upload it.
Select the Submit button to enter your request

Do you need a Chromebook and/or Hotspot

Students who hava a need for a Chromebook and or Hotspot can submit their request via the following form. You will be contacted by a school or district official with a time and location for pick-up. You must be logged in to your school email account to fill out the form.

You can also call 650-216-3300 to make a request for a Chromebook and/or hotspot.

Canvas Support
