Workplace Violence Prevention

The safety and well-being of our employees are top priorities. The Human Resources department has implemented a comprehensive Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP).
 
The purpose of the Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP)  is designed to identify potential risks, prevent incidents, and ensure a safe working environment for everyone.
 
The plan outlines reporting procedures, available support resources, and strategies for managing workplace safety.
 
All employees are encouraged to review the plan and understand their responsibilities in fostering a secure workplace.

Reporting Workplace Violence:
If you need to report an incident of workplace violence, please refer to the Workplace Violence Incident Report Form by clicking on the link below. This form helps us address concerns promptly and confidentially.

Reporting workplace violence 

Reporting workplace violence 

The Workplace Violence Incident Report Form (“Form”) is used to record incidents of “Workplace Violence”.
 
“Workplace Violence” means any act of violence or threat of violence that occurs in the workplace.
 
The information recorded in the Form should be based on information solicited from the employees who experienced an incident of Workplace Violence, the employees who witnessed an incident of Workplace Violence, and/or on the findings from an investigation into an incident of Workplace Violence.
