Transcripts Requests
While diplomas cannot be replaced, a transcript will indicate the date of graduation.

eTranscripts through Parchment
Sequoia Union High School District has partnered with Parchment to send high school transcripts electronically, securely, and confidentially, to colleges, universities, and organizations of your choice. The service is available online, 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Requesters will be notified when their request is complete and can also track the status of their request or view a saved copy of their transcript. Requests will be proceeded within 10 business days.
- Current students: Students currently attending a SUHSD school should request records from the school the student attends.
- Former students: Please use the following Parchment links for transcript requests. The requester must be the student themselves if they are eighteen (18) years old or older. If the requester is not the student, a signed release from the student is required. This form should specifically authorize the release of the records to the designated requestor.
