Online Information Update (OIU)
Every SUHSD family must annually complete the Online Information Update (OIU) process.
- The Online Information Update process occurs annually in the month of May
- It is a mandatory process where families update their contact information, change their address (and submit a Change of Address), review updated district policies and procedures, and review student course selections for the following school year
- In late April, all current student households will receive instructions to complete this process
- Information will be included as to whom to contact for assistance, or see below
- When you log in, you will be able to submit and/or update student information as well as see the courses your student is scheduled to take during the next school year
- Completing this process will also allow you to email a counselor at your assigned school about any course request changes that you may want to discuss. The ability to contact a counselor through this process to request a change will not be available once the Online Information Update window closes
