Is there a mobile app to access Infinite Campus?
Yes, a Campus Parent app is available for download for Apple or Android mobile devices.
- Download the latest Campus Parent app from the App Store / Play Store
- Enter District Name: Sequoia Unified High and select State: California
- Press "Search"
- Select Sequoia Unified High
- Enter your username and password then press "Log In"
How often is information updated in the Parent/Student Portal?
Information is updated in real time. However, the attendance office generally takes anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to collect data from various sources to update the student attendance record.
How do I report errors or request update of information?
For change of address, please contact the Student Services office at (650) 369-1411 ext. 22395.

For students, please contact your site tech team to request a password reset.
Parent/Guardian accounts are automatically setup by the district. Login information for incoming 9th graders will be mailed out during the Online Information Update in Spring. If a parent/guardian has lost the login credentials, please contact your school site's Guidance Information Specialist.
