The Board of Trustees of Sequoia Union High School District is committed to equal opportunity for all individuals in education. Parents and guardians, or students, who wish to change their name and/or gender on unofficial student records can do so by submitting the Change of Name or Gender Request form (Español). If you have a legal name/gender change, please contact your school's main office to submit legal documents for the request. For more information, you may contact your student's school or the Student Services department.
