MINDFULNESS AND LEADERSHIP TRAININGS/WORKSHOPS
These trainings and workshops predominantly focus on developing skills and techniques that leverage equity and leadership fundamentals. These programs typically involve interactive activities, discussions, and case studies exploring issues of bias, privilege, discrimination, intervention, and accountability.
FACILITATED DIALOGUE
Structured process encouraging open and respectful communication among individuals with diverse perspectives. It is a valuable tool for fostering understanding, building relationships, and addressing conflict. In a facilitated dialogue, a neutral facilitator guides the conversation, ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to participate and that the discussion remains focused on the topic at hand.
CONFIDENTIAL PROFESSIONAL COACHING SESSIONS
A professional coaching session designed to help an employee enhance their performance, achieve their goals, and maximize their potential in a structured and confidential manner. There are usually three (3) sessions that last 30-minutes to an hour each. Professional coaching can be tailored to address a wide range of matters, such as:
- Strategic thinking and decision-making
- Leadership development
- Time management and productivity
- Workplace conflict(s)
- Stress management
Please note, this service is completely voluntary and does not replace contractual grievance process nor circumvent procedures related to HR compliance reporting or other protocols such as Title IX and mandated reporting.
THOUGHT-PARTNERING AND IDEATION
Thought-partnering is a collaborative process that involves exploring ideas, solving problems, and making decisions. Thought-partnering can be particularly beneficial for individuals or teams who are facing complex challenges, trying to develop new ideas, or making important decisions.
PROJECT COLLABORATION
A process that involves two or more individuals working together towards a common goal. It is not simply a matter of delegating tasks or offloading work onto others. Instead, it requires open communication, mutual respect, and a willingness to share ideas and expertise.
